Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions, especially for women.
From a young age, we’re taught that expressing anger is dangerous, unattractive, or “too much.” So we push it down. We redirect it.
We turn it inward—into self-doubt, anxiety, exhaustion, or even physical pain.
How many times?
- Have you swallowed your anger to keep the peace?
- Felt guilty for feeling “too much” or “being too sensitive”?
- Been told to calm down when all you wanted was to be heard?
- Felt resentment simmering beneath the surface but didn’t know what to do with it?

This 4-hour experiential workshop is an invitation to explore anger in a safe, supportive space. Instead of resisting or being consumed by it, you will learn to understand, befriend, and digest anger—so that it can work for you, not against you.

- You suppress or avoid anger until it builds up.
- You explode with rage and want better tools.
- You feel stuck, resentful, or burnt out.
- You need a safe space to explore big emotions.
Through guided reflections, movement, breathwork, and experiential exercises, you’ll walk away with practical tools to navigate anger in daily life—without shame, guilt, or fear.
This is a space of
deep permission. You don’t need to suppress your fire or “fix” anything about yourself. You just need to listen.
