WHY BREATHWORK?


I discovered that Breathwork takes us into places that other practices would take years to master. By shifting the way we breathe, we disrupt the holding patterns in our body and begin to consciously architect our own experience. With a regular practice we can go beyond conditioned ways of experiencing ourselves, others, and even life itself.


Hello, I am Ewa.
(pronounced "ever") 

My adventure with Breathwork started 10 years ago, but only now do I truly understand its magic. Through my own journey, I’ve explored various approaches to breath, practicing regularly to experience its profound effects on both body and mind. I’m now offering Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release to my clients. This unique 6-Element approach supports the body’s specific needs at any given moment, creating a flexible, dynamic experience that goes much deeper than traditional therapies. It allows for gentle yet powerful healing, releasing stored tension and emotions in a safe and nurturing way.

This in person breathwork session will help you to reconnect, not only with your breath, but also with your body - fostering a deeper sense of presence and connection.


Why is it so important to reconnect with the body? 



Because as the saying goes :”The body keeps the score”. Any overwhelming experience (challenging or positive) which doesn’t get digested and integrated at the time leaves an imprint in the body and the nervous system. These imprints influence the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.



With skilful guidance during the Breathwork session, you can explore those imprints and learn to integrate them to create more spaciousness in your body again.


After releasing the layers of holding patterns and tension you will have more space for flow and for life itself. This allows you to embody a greater sense of joy, freedom and expansion. You will feel more present, rooted and connected not only to yourself but to others and the environment.

If you are tired of having to hold everything together; come and breathe with us. Together, in a small and intimate group we can explore and expand the way you Breathe Life.



  • I highly recommend to attend the session with an empty stomach

       but if this is not possible then please have a light meal. 

  • Please do not drink alcohol or use recreational drugs on the day of our class.
  • It’s best to wear loose fitting clothing that supports movement and relaxation and ideally a few layers as Breathwork can cause fluctuations in body temperature.

PLEASE NOTICE THAT BREATHWORK HAVE SOME CONTRADICTIONS

Breathwork sessions are not a medical practices and the facilitator is not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your GP prior to breathing with us.


Standard contraindications for Breathwork can include the following health challenges:


Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, Epilepsy, Heart conditions, COPD, High or Very Low Blood Pressure with fainting history, recovering from surgery and delicate pregnancy.


Nevertheless, it is possible to adapt the breathing so people with present health challenges can still benefit from this work. If you are experiencing any of the conditions from above, please contact me directly before the class.
