"I had the pleasure to participate in Ewa’s workshop on stress resilience. It was such a lovely Saturday afternoon with a small group that became very engaged thanks to Ewa’s commitment. Ewa was extremely well prepared in every aspect including a welcoming and practical gift for making notes. The workshop consisted of both theoretical and practical. Throughout the whole session, Ewa was open to questions and encouraging exchanges. I really enjoyed both parts - it was great and interesting learning so much about the ecology of our nervous system as well as practicing together to better manage it. I especially enjoyed simple breathing exercises which are now my must-go tool for challenging moments. I highly recommend attending a workshop with Ewa. I am very grateful for her warmth and knowledge."- J.W
