Through a blend of educational insights, somatic practices, and personal exploration, you will discover practical tools and personalised strategies to support your healing from stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. 


Each week, we’ll dive into how your body and nervous system respond to life’s challenges, and together, we’ll explore ways to restore balance, create inner safety, and foster lasting growth.

In this online program, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how stress and trauma affect your body and nervous system.
  • Learn to identify your Window of Tolerance—the optimal zone for managing emotions and stress.
  • Map your nervous system, recognising personal patterns of stress, survival responses, and restoration.
  • Build inner resources for self-regulation, helping you manage emotional highs and lows with ease.
  • Strengthen your outer resources through supportive relationships and environments.
  • Create a daily self-care practice that integrates these tools, allowing for continued healing and growth.


Each module focuses on a different aspect of nervous system regulation, giving you actionable techniques and a deeper understanding of how your body works. From identifying stress triggers to developing a custom self-care menu, you'll leave this program feeling more connected to your body, more empowered in your healing, and ready to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and grace.


MODULE 1

Understanding Stress, Trauma, and the Body’s Response

In this foundational module, we explore the impact of stress and trauma on your body and nervous system. You’ll learn how overwhelming experiences, whether big or small, can leave imprints that affect how you experience the world around you. Together, we’ll unpack the body’s natural responses to stress and introduce key concepts that will guide your healing process. 

MODULE 2

The Window of Tolerance—Finding Balance in Daily Life

In this module, you’ll learn about the Window of Tolerance, which represents the optimal state where you can handle life’s ups and downs without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down. By recognizing your own window and how to expand it, you can better navigate stress and stay connected to yourself even in challenging situations.

MODULE 3

Mapping Your Nervous System

Every person’s nervous system responds uniquely to stress. In this module, we’ll create your personal nervous system map, helping you identify patterns of stress, reactivity, and calm. Using Polyvagal theory, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your autonomic nervous system and its role in shaping your emotional and physical responses.

MODULE 4

Building Inner Resources—Self-Regulation Skills

Inner resources are the tools that help you feel safe and grounded from within. In this module, we focus on developing self-regulation skills, empowering you to manage emotional highs and lows with greater ease. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and visualization techniques, you’ll build a toolkit of practices to help you stay calm, connected, and centered.

MODULE 5

Strengthening Outer Resources—The Power of Connection

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. In this module, we’ll explore the importance of outer resources—the relationships, environments, and communities that support your well-being. You’ll learn how co-regulation through safe relationships can help balance your nervous system, as well as how to identify and cultivate external supports in your life.

MODULE 6

Creating Your Daily Self-Care Practice

This final module is all about creating a sustainable self-care routine that integrates everything you’ve learned. Together, we’ll build a personalised self-care menu that incorporates inner and outer resources, ensuring you have the tools and practices you need for ongoing healing and growth. You’ll leave this program with a clear, actionable plan for daily nervous system care and overall wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Ewa, I will be your guide on this empowering journey HOME TO YOURSELF.
This program is the latest unfolding of my work, deeply rooted in the practical application of Polyvagal Theory- knowledge I’ve gathered and mastered over the past few years, both in my personal life and as a Body-Centered Therapist. 
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with a sensitive and dysregulated nervous system, feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. But learning about trauma and nervous system regulation changed my life. It allowed me to get to the core of my challenges and provided me with a map and direction to continually find my way back home to myself. Now, I’m ready to share this knowledge with you, so that you too can learn to support yourself in the best possible way, rediscovering safety, balance, and resilience from within.

Your body holds the power to heal, transform, and thrive—no matter how deeply stress, trauma, or overwhelm have impacted your life.

  • How long is the program

    This is a 6 week experiantial journey that starts on Thursday 7th of November 2024 and will continue till 12th of December

  • What are the dates and times

    The live sessions will take place every Thursday at 7:00pm GMT and will be 90 min. long.

  • What is the time commitment

    My invitation will be to attend all weekly live sessions which are 90 minutes long, plus 10 to 15 min a day for short practices.

  • What if I cannot attend live?

    Every session will be recorded so you can watch it in your own time.
