Through a blend of educational insights, somatic practices, and personal exploration, you will discover practical tools and personalised strategies to support your healing from stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
Each week, we’ll dive into how your body and nervous system respond to life’s challenges, and together, we’ll explore ways to restore balance, create inner safety, and foster lasting growth.
Program Dates & Details

- Time: Saturdays, 10:00am GMT, 90 min live sessions
- Daily commitment: 10–15 minutes for short practices

In this online program, you will:
- Reconnect with your body — notice sensation with curiosity and awareness instead of judgement.
- Understand your capacity — learn to recognise your Window of Tolerance, and notice glimmers and triggers without shame.
- Map your nervous system — explore ventral vagal, sympathetic, and dorsal patterns in your own body.
- Strengthen boundaries and self-trust — use anger and early signals as guides, and reclaim choice in your life.
- Honour rest and rhythms — work with cycles, repair, and sustainable energy in your daily life.
- Integrate and reclaim agency — create a personal nervous system care plan and practices that support lasting growth.
Each module focuses on a different aspect of nervous system regulation, giving you practical tools and a deeper understanding of how your body works. From noticing stress triggers to creating a personalised self-care menu, you’ll leave this programme feeling more connected to your body, empowered in your healing, and ready to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and grace.
MODULE 1
Remembering the Body
Listening instead of fixing
We begin by slowing down and turning attention back toward the body — not to change it, but to listen. We’ll explore how many women learn to override sensation and instinct, and how this disconnection can show up as stress, tension, or overwhelm. Through gentle awareness practices, you’ll begin to reconnect with sensation, curiosity, and the body as a source of information rather than something to manage or control.
MODULE 2
The Window of Tolerance
Understanding capacity, overwhelm, and safety
This week focuses on recognising your own capacity and limits. You’ll learn how stress and overwhelm show up in the body, and how safety is experienced on a nervous system level. We’ll introduce the concepts of glimmers and triggers, supporting you to notice what expands or contracts your system — without judgment or self-blame.
MODULE 3
Mapping Your Nervous System
Understanding your patterns through sensation
Using Polyvagal Theory in an embodied, accessible way, we’ll explore the different nervous system states — ventral vagal, sympathetic, and dorsal vagal. Rather than learning this intellectually, you’ll map how these states feel in your body, noticing patterns, transitions, triggers, and glimmers. This week is about building understanding and compassion for how your system responds to life.
MODULE 4
Boundaries, Anger & Self-Trust
Reclaiming agency and inner authority
Here we explore boundaries as a form of nervous system protection, not something harsh or selfish. We’ll look at how anger often shows up when limits have been crossed, and how it can be experienced as information rather than something to suppress. You’ll practice noticing early body signals and strengthening trust in your own responses and needs.
MODULE 5
Rest, Cycles & Repair
Softness, rhythm, and sustainability
This week is an invitation to slow down even more. We’ll explore rest as a biological necessity, not a reward, and how women’s cycles and rhythms influence energy, mood, and capacity. You’ll be supported to work with your natural rhythms, repair from stress, and begin moving from survival mode toward sustainability.
MODULE 6
Integration & Self Trust
Weaving new awareness, practices, and rhythms into everyday life
In our final week, we bring everything together. You’ll reflect on what you’ve learned about your nervous system, your patterns, and your needs, and begin creating a personal nervous system care plan you can return to. The focus is on integration rather than perfection — leaving with practical tools, clarity, and a deeper sense of embodied confidence and self-trust.

My approach weaves together nervous-system awareness, embodied practices, and a deep respect for cyclical and intuitive wisdom.
I work slowly, responsively, and relationally — attuning to what is present rather than forcing change. I’m less interested in offering answers and more interested in helping women learn to listen to their own inner signals.
In my spaces, you won’t be pushed to share, perform, or “do it right.” You’ll be invited — gently — to notice, feel, and respond in ways that support safety and self-trust.

How long is the program
This is a six-week online experiential journey starting on Saturday, 17 January 2026, and running through to 21 February 2026.
What are the dates and times
The live sessions will take place every Saturday at 10:00am GMT and will be 90 min. long.
What is the time commitment
My invitation will be to attend all weekly live sessions which are 90 minutes long, plus 10 to 15 min a day for short practices.
What if I cannot attend live?
Every session will be recorded so you can watch it in your own time.
