This 6-week online journey is designed to empower you with a deeper understanding of your nervous system, guiding you to nurture regulation, inner safety, and overall wellbeing.
Through a blend of educational insights, somatic practices, and personal exploration, you will discover practical tools and personalised strategies to support your healing from stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
Each week, we’ll dive into how your body and nervous system respond to life’s challenges, and together, we’ll explore ways to restore balance, create inner safety, and foster lasting growth.

Each module focuses on a different aspect of nervous system regulation, giving you actionable techniques and a deeper understanding of how your body works. From identifying stress triggers to developing a custom self-care menu, you'll leave this program feeling more connected to your body, more empowered in your healing, and ready to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and grace.
MODULE 1
In this foundational module, we explore the impact of stress and trauma on your body and nervous system. You’ll learn how overwhelming experiences, whether big or small, can leave imprints that affect how you experience the world around you. Together, we’ll unpack the body’s natural responses to stress and introduce key concepts that will guide your healing process.
MODULE 2
In this module, you’ll learn about the Window of Tolerance, which represents the optimal state where you can handle life’s ups and downs without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down. By recognizing your own window and how to expand it, you can better navigate stress and stay connected to yourself even in challenging situations.
MODULE 3
Every person’s nervous system responds uniquely to stress. In this module, we’ll create your personal nervous system map, helping you identify patterns of stress, reactivity, and calm. Using Polyvagal theory, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your autonomic nervous system and its role in shaping your emotional and physical responses.
MODULE 4
Inner resources are the tools that help you feel safe and grounded from within. In this module, we focus on developing self-regulation skills, empowering you to manage emotional highs and lows with greater ease. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and visualization techniques, you’ll build a toolkit of practices to help you stay calm, connected, and centered.
MODULE 5
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. In this module, we’ll explore the importance of outer resources—the relationships, environments, and communities that support your well-being. You’ll learn how co-regulation through safe relationships can help balance your nervous system, as well as how to identify and cultivate external supports in your life.
MODULE 6
This final module is all about creating a sustainable self-care routine that integrates everything you’ve learned. Together, we’ll build a personalised self-care menu that incorporates inner and outer resources, ensuring you have the tools and practices you need for ongoing healing and growth. You’ll leave this program with a clear, actionable plan for daily nervous system care and overall wellbeing.

PLEASE NOTE! The first 10 people who book the program before 4th of November will receive a complimentary 30 min. 1:1 session with me as a thank you for supporting my mission of helping women to heal, grow and thrive.
This is a 6 week experiantial journey that starts on Thursday 7th of November 2024 and will continue till 12th of December
The live sessions will take place every Thursday at 7:00pm GMT and will be 90 min. long.
My invitation will be to attend all weekly live sessions which are 90 minutes long, plus 10 to 15 min a day for short practices.
Every session will be recorded so you can watch it in your own time.
